The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee has invited Vice President Jejomar Binay to attend the hearing on the alleged overpricing of the P2.7-billion Makati City Hall Building II and other charges of corruption against him on Thursday. Binay, who earlier questioned the jurisdiction of the subcommittee conducting the investigation, has said that he might attend the proceedings if the committee itself invited him.
