Drilon: Probes take backseat as Senate tackles P2.6-T budget 

Vice President Jejomar Binay and Senate President Franklin Drilon could rest a little from their critics as the Senate inquiries on the allegations of corruption against them take a backseat to the Senate's plenary deliberations on the P2.26-trillion proposed national budget for 2015.
