De Lima: NBI hunting person behind Ebola-in-QC hoax

The National Bureau of Investigation is looking for the person responsible for circulating a fake report that there were already 18 cases of the deadly Ebola virus in Quezon City. "Certainly that' actionable. That's contrary to law.... There's criminal liability," Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said.
