CA upholds Pasay judge’s refusal to inhibit in poll case vs. Gloria Arroyo, Abalos

The Court of Appeals has affirmed a Pasay judge's decision not to inhibit from the electoral sabotage case against former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and former Comelec chair Benjamin Abalos Sr. over alleged poll fraud in the 2007 mid-term elections.
