Youth representative calls on Drilon to answer raps ‘conclusively’

The lawmaker who alleged that the Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) was pricier than the iconic Bird’s Nest in Beijing on Thursday urged Senate President Franklin Drilon to “conclusively explain” before the Office of the Ombudsman his alleged involvement in the P700-million construction project.
