Pulse Asia: Senate, House see slight ratings improvement, but still below 50 percent

Both houses of Congress saw a slight improvement in their approval and trust ratings in the third quarter of 2014, but have yet to gain the nod of half of Filipinos, according to a new survey conducted September 8 to 15 by pollster Pulse Asia.
