Passing game: Pimentel tosses jurisdiction issue to whole Blue Ribbon panel

Senator Aquilino Pimentel III will submit to the whole Senate Committee on the Accountability of Public Officers and Investigations, also known as the Blue Ribbon Committee, his decision on whether his sub-committee has jurisdiction over the inquiry into the alleged overpricing in the construction of the P2.7-billion Makati City Hall Building II.
