Ombudsman may ask SC to disallow opening of Luy’s bank accounts

The Office of the Ombudsman on Thursday said it might ask the Supreme Court to prevent the Sandiganbayan 5th division from opening the bank accounts of Benhur Luy and other witnesses in the supposed multi-billion anomaly.
