Napoles denies authorizing whistleblowers to withdraw pork funds

Janet Lim Napoles, the alleged mastermind behind the multibillion-peso pork barrel fund scam, on Friday denied authorizing members of her staff to withdraw huge amounts of money from the bank accounts of several non-government organizations (NGOs).
