DFA to send diplomatic note seeking custody of US Marine Jeffrey Laude killing

The Department of Foreign Affairs will send a diplomatic note to the US Embassy in Manila seeking custody of a US Marine linked to the killing of a transgender woman in Olongapo City last weekend.
