Determined Erice pushes for Con-con after 2016 to overhaul Constitution

Unfazed by recent survey results showing three in five Filipinos are against Charter Change, Liberal Party (LP) stalwart and Caloocan City Rep. Edgar Erice on Sunday floated the idea of holding a constitutional convention after the 2016 national elections to debate on possible amendments to Constitution.
