Arroyo allies Yap, Nograles deny involvement in PDAF misuse

Bohol Rep. Arthur Yap on Thursday denied any involvement in the alleged misuse of pork barrel funds amounting to P163.2 million while he was Agriculture secretary during the Arroyo administration.
