"Military camps are restricted area. Climbing our perimeter fence by civilians and even military personnel is not tolerable," a spokesman of Armed Forces of the Philippines said after the sister and fiance of slain Filipino transgender Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude forcibly entered the detention facility of the US Marine suspected of killing Laude.
