CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (1)

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree preferably Business/IT/Engineering/Computer Science/Education/Liberal arts or any related course
  • Good communication skills and telephone personality
  • Very good English writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • With keen attention on details
  • With sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (2)

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Has very good written oral English communication skills
  • Preferably with a good understanding of government processes (e.g. Philhealth, BIR, Civil Service)
  • Willing to work a regular 8am - 5pm shift, 5 days a week
  • Willing to be assigned in Carlos Palanca, Manila
  • Available to start training immediately.
 Pilipinas Teleserv entertains walk-in applicants from 8-10 AM and 1-3 PM, Monday - Friday (except holidays).
