CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (1)
- Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree preferably Business/IT/Engineering/Computer Science/Education/Liberal arts or any related course
- Good communication skills and telephone personality
- Very good English writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- With keen attention on details
- With sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (2)
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Has very good written oral English communication skills
- Preferably with a good understanding of government processes (e.g. Philhealth, BIR, Civil Service)
- Willing to work a regular 8am - 5pm shift, 5 days a week
- Willing to be assigned in Carlos Palanca, Manila
- Available to start training immediately.
