PNP clueless on whereabouts of Carl Angelo's companion on the night he was killed

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has 'no idea' on the whereabouts of the companion of Carl Angelo Arnaiz, the 19-year-old student who was killed by policemen in Caloocan City last month after allegedly robbing a cab driver.
