Ombudsman chides Zambo Norte mayor for ignoring benefit claims

The Office of the Ombudsman has reprimanded the mayor of President Manuel A. Roxas town in Zamboanga del Norte for failing to respond to a former councilor's claim for terminal leave benefits.
