Palace belatedly releases document declaring June 13-16 'days of nat'l mourning'

President Rodrigo Duterte has declared June 13-16, 2017 as 'days of national mourning” for the soldiers and cops killed amid the military operations against the ISIS-inspired Maute group in Marawi City, in solidarity with the bereaved families.
