Ilocos Norte execs ask CA for immediate relief from House detention

The six employees of the Ilocos Norte provincial government detained at the House of Representatives have asked the Court of Appeals (CA) to resolve their petition for habeas corpus 'immediately.” They also asked that their continuous detention at the House of Representatives be declared illegal.
