CHR welcomes UN panel's rights report, urges Duterte to accept proposals

The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) on Friday welcomed the report adopted by the Universal Periodic Review Working Group in relation to the human rights situation in Philippines, noting that President Rodrigo Duterte should fully accept the recommendations.
