Sandiganbayan defers arraignment of ex-LRTA chief Robles for graft case

The Sandiganbayan has deferred the arraignment of former Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) administrator Melquiades Robles and some of his co-accused for their graft case over the alleged anomalous implementation of the system's janitorial contract in 2009.
