PHL risks isolation from int’l community over death penalty – Drilon

The Philippines would risk “isolation” from the international community if it reimposes the death penalty law despite its commitments to treaties preventing states from carrying out the punishment of execution, Senate President Pro Tempore Franklin Drilon said Tuesday.
