President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the conferment of Medals of Valor-Posthumous or Medalya ng Kagitingan on the 42 other members of the Special Action Force (SAF) who died during the Mamasapano clash in 2015. Two of the SAF 44 had already been awarded the medals during the Aquino administration.
