Solon wants PNP-HPG out of traffic enforcement ops after 2 years

The Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) must no longer participate in traffic enforcement in Metro Manila after two years, Marikina Rep. Bayani Fernando said Wednesday.
