Duterte suggests probe on killings be open but under PHL jurisdiction

Amid growing international criticisms on the spate of killings of drug suspects since the change of administration, President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday announced that he is okay with having an open investigation of the supposed extrajudicial killings but on one condition.
