Chinese vessel enters PHL territory, crosses paths with Coast Guard ship

A Chinese Coast Guard vessel entered the country’s exclusive territory and crossed paths with the Philippine Coast Guard,  PCG spokesperson Commander Armand Balilo said Thursday.
