Duterte must have ‘tactical shift’ in dealing with China over South China Sea row – analyst

The Duterte administration should change its focus with China to a “tactical shift” from the more “confrontational” foreign policy of its predecessor amid the looming decision of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), a political analyst said Tuesday.
