LTFRB chief: Premium Taxi not meant to compete with Uber, GrabCar

The Premium Taxi service that the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board is proposing is not meant to compete with the likes of Uber and GrabCar, an LTFRB official said Friday.
