Only 12 of 200 persons of interest arrested during Mindanao martial law -Duterte

Only 12 out of the more than 200 persons being linked to terrorism have been arrested during the implementation of martial law in Mindanao, President Rodrigo Duterte said in his letter to Congress requesting for a five-month extension of the declaration.
