Qualifications
- 6 years in PC hardware/software installation and support
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware and desktop application products.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a desktop platform.
- Strong customer service communication skills.
- Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates must be ready to work in rotational shifts providing 24/5 support
