President Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that it was he who called PNP chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa to have him reinstate ertswhile the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Eastern Visayas chief despite the latter's alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.
