De Lima: 90 to be charged over Mamasapano clash

Some 90 members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, and private armed group members had been recommended to be criminally charged, according to a report by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the National Prosecution Service (NPS).
